Student journalist and Geography and Politics Student
Hello! My name is Jamie, I'm a Geography and Politics student at The University of Edinburgh. I was born and bred in Glasgow, living with my mum and attending Hutchesons' Grammar School, however also spent much of my upbringing in Ayr living with my Dad, where my (unfortunate) love for Ayr United, and more widely football and rugby, has come from.
Much of my spare time at uni has seen me dedicate myself to student journalism - leading the Edinburgh Tab's news team I have been able to cover the most important stories on campus.
Beyond The Tab, I have a position as a reporter at PoliticsUK, creating original content for an audience of over 330,000 on Twitter and running their weekly roundup section available on Patreon.
